Privacy Policy
NoShowCalc is a free calculator operated by ClientConnect (clientconnect.tech). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our calculator and articles, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
What we collect
- Email addresses you give us — when you submit the email form to receive your full no-show cost report. This is the only personal information you actively provide.
- Calculator inputs you submit with your email — your industry, no-show rate, and revenue impact, so we can personalize the report we send you. We never store the calculator inputs unless you submit the email form.
- Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 — page views, button clicks, calculator interactions. This data does not identify you personally. GA4 uses cookies; you can opt out by enabling Do Not Track or using a browser extension that blocks analytics.
How we use it
- To send you the no-show cost report you requested
- To occasionally email you tips on reducing no-shows and updates about ClientConnect — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time
- To understand which pages and features people find useful, so we can improve the site
What we don't do
- We do not sell your email address
- We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site
- We do not attempt to identify you across other websites
Where your data lives
Email addresses are stored with our email service provider (currently Formspree, which forwards submissions to us). We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage of the site. We do not use any other cookies, and we do not use advertising cookies. The first time you visit, you'll see a small consent bar at the bottom of the page with two options:
- Accept — analytics cookies are enabled and we get anonymized data on which pages people find useful.
- Decline — analytics cookies stay disabled. You can use the entire site, including the calculator and email reports, without any tracking.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser. If you change your mind, you can clear your browser's site data for noshowcalc.com to reset the prompt, or install a privacy extension like Privacy Badger or uBlock Origin — the calculator works either way.
Your rights
You can email us at any time to request:
- A copy of the data we have about you
- Correction of any inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data
- To unsubscribe from future emails (or just click the unsubscribe link in any email we send)

Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For non-trivial changes, we will email anyone on our list before the change takes effect.
